Presently, Fastel has a full complement of four hundred seventy eight (478) personnel, a good number of which are highly trained personnel, with actual experience in the areas of installation and repair of residential/business telephone line, DSL Installation and Repair, conduit wirings, house and building cable, Outside Plant, Fiber Optic Installation, Fiber in the Loop (FITL) Fiber to the BTS, Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Structured Cabling as well as maintenance works. Our pioneer installers received their training on BASIC INSTALLATION AND REPAIR and OSP at PLDT Techtrain Center.
Fastel now has a fleet of about Two Hundred forty (280) fully equipped service vehicles.
Recently established, is a TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM that aims to provide formal and hands-on training of field personnel, supervisors and managers in their respective area of competence. The company has tied up and made agreements to various Technical Schools located at Bulacan, Marikina and Manila Like IETI, ASHTEC and Access Computer College and many more that provide the company trainees that can be absorbed as new, well-trained field employees. They are regularly updated on methods and procedures being implemented by clients on various projects as well as given the necessary tools and equipment to accomplish tasked assignments.
Fastel’s operational capability is ably supported by highly efficient administrative staffs and likewise, we developed Management Information
System (MIS), Website, GPS Tracker, Native and Customized Applications suitable and capable of handling Clients’ report requirements on various work related data such as Daily Accomplishments and Materials Consumption and Productivity.
FASTEL SERVICES, INC. is a company primarily engaged in the business of telecommunications particularly in the installation, repair and maintenance of telephone and internet services; from the engineering design, ROW permitting, construction of the infrastructures (Outside Plant and Inside Plant) up to the preservation of the telephone and internet equipment to the household (main Station Installation and Maintenance) both Copper and Fiber. Structured cabling, Horizontal Direct Drilling, Microtrenching, Fiber Blowing, Supply, Installation,
